A Holy DEPARTURE
When I woke up this morning, GOD put it on my heart to again, write about surrender. This season will be earth shaking. Look at for example what our family is enduring. We have just encountered the most gut wrenching, heart breaking, and LIFE changing event anyone could. We released a child back into Heaven. It was done just as God desired it to be. It was NOT easy. It was NOT something that we were, in our flesh overjoyed to do. But, what it was, is and always will be is simple. A HOLY departure.
Scripture says, “We are absent from the body but present with the LORD.” This happens when we breathe our final breath here on earth. Yet, most may not be aware of something. When we arrive in Heaven for all eternity, the REAL work begins. The assignments that people have on earth through GOD do not end. It is a holy continuance.
I have a dear sister who went to court recently. She was really nervous, and has not always had a great relationship with GOD. I say those together because anxiety is able to come because of the fear we as humans often encounter. I have seen and am seeing her faith in GOD’s ability to take care of her truly take off. It is like a holy rocket ship!!! God is telling the stuff coming against her that it must GO. She is learning to REST in HIM for whatever comes. As are we ALL to some degree. 😉
This last week as GOD moved in a way we may not fully have expected, and in some ways that we cannot fully understand; A HOLY departure was made. In fact, I would say a few of them combined together. THIS is what UNITY in the bODY of Christ is all about! It is when the GLORY of GOD, which began as the tough stuff, to put it mildly becomes perfectly formed here on earth the way it is in HEAVEN.

My husband and our children will always be 100% fastened to GOD. What this is about is simple. It means that when GOD decides something, even if that thing is seemingly terrifying, or excruciating, we submit and surrender to HIM. People ask us often, “How do you have the faith you do?” I would say to them, and still do, “we don’t.” It is GOD who does. See, even our FAITH belongs to HIM alone. I told another beautiful sister, one who was enduring testing how faithful GOD was and is. I told her that He wanted me to share something with her. What it was is this, “my faith dies too.” She began to say, ” if someone like you has that happen, where is the hope?” I said, ” Every time my faith dies, I surrender it to GOD. Then GOD, in HIS infinite LOVE resurrects it.
We are not unique in some respects, and yet are in others. But, what is VERY unique and special is GOD’s design. Every day I thank HIM for continuing to humble us in this process. Truly, how can we be anything but grateful??? If my husband and I were to focus on the circumstances, we would NEVER get out of bed. But, we cannot do this. It does not honor GOD when we do long term. Plus, people partake of HIS fruits through the ministries. They come and take a REST under HIS holy umbrellas. As do we.
Every single thing David and I and even our children share and have shared is available. Meaning, if someone wants to use it and is led by GOD, we say “God ahead!.” Giggles….I typed Go ahead, and He typed GOD. 🙂 Love it!!!! GOD speaks through us. WE are His mouth pieces. WE are HIS mouth prices. Cause there is a HIGH price paid for serving HIM. WE are HIS heaven on earth!!!!!
Today we encourage you to BLESS GOD. Praise HIM to your very soul. If you can’t do this, just keep crying out to HIM and you will get there. We ALL have a choice, no matter what comes. WE have to consistently and constantly chose GOD. No matter how we feel, or what is going on around us.

Let GOD cause you to FLY and have as many HOLY DEPARTURES as He will ring. Not to mention as many as He will bring. 😉 You did it again GOD, and it was not an oops moment. It was an EEK. An Eternal EverlaSting KINGDOM moment in time. For your LOVE goes beyond ALL space and time. WOW, you amaze me LORD. I am forever changed. I am forever in AWE of you.
